Market sales and census observations come from pricecharting.com. We compute monthly medians from its reported individual sales, not its monthly estimates.
WHERE OUR RECORD STARTS
The earliest recorded sale varies by card and tier and can predate our first visit. A month without recorded sales has no observed median; chart connections do not add observations.
SUFFICIENCY RULES
Missing inputs do not become a measured zero. Signals explain their data requirements, and LOW DATA marks insufficient observations.
